Lists on the Omchain network

In the group, we talked among ourselves how much Omc Coinlist receives in transfers. I have a suggestion. For listings on the Omchain network, 10 15 omc should be charged as a transfer fee and charged in a separate pool of the exchange. Let this accumulated circulation part be burned from the circulation source on the 1st day of each month. Let the 1st day of each month be newsworthy.

We all know how fast and cheap OMC is. In fact, as a community, we think that it will receive a maximum of 5 omc transfer fees. My suggestion is this.
