If there will be a stake update, when will it be?

I am still waiting for community to come up with a proposal with all the details included for the staking program and comments on it. So far there were a few discussions but not a solid proposal. Once there is a proposal we’ll take it to voting. If there is no proposal please comment here (not just you but other members as well) so we come up with a proposal.
